Position Details

Position: Retail Sales Executive
Locations: Lajpat Nagar
Salary: Fixed B/W - ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and engage walk-in customers with a warm and professional approach
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery collections
- Present and demonstrate products, highlighting design,



features, and craftsmanship
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
- Ensure attractive display and proper arrangement of jewellery
- Assist with customer queries, styling suggestions, and service needs
- Coordinate with billing, inventory, and stock management teams

Requirements

- Strong communication skills and engaging personality
- Passion for fashion and a good sense of style
- Customer-focused attitude with jewellery recommendation ability
- Confident, well-groomed, and presentable appearance
- Knowledge of retail sales and daily store operations
- Team player with a positive and professional approach
- Experience in fashion/jewellery retail (preferred but not mandatory)
