Key Responsibilities

- Supervision of complete structural work at site.
- Execution of RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and structural activities as per drawing.
- Monitoring daily site progress and maintaining work schedules.
- Checking bar bending schedule (BBS) and quantity estimation.
- Coordination with contractors, consultants, and site staff.
- Ensuring quality control and safety compliance at site.
- Preparing daily progress reports (DPR) and site documentation.
- Managing manpower, material planning, and site resources.
- Verification of structural drawings and execution as per approved plans.
- Handling billing measurements and work certifications.
- Maintaining proper coordination with electrical, plumbing, and finishing teams during execution.
- Ensuring timely completion of project work within target schedule.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of RCC Structure Work.




- Understanding of structural drawings and AutoCAD.
- Site execution and supervision experience.
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards.
- Positive communication and team handling skills.
- Ability to manage labor and subcontractors efficiently.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering.

Experience

- Minimum 3 to 8 Years experience in high-rise building structural work preferred.

Salary

- Salary Negotiable as per experience and knowledge.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in multi-storey / high-rise building projects.
- Strong site management and structural execution knowledge.
- Immediate joiner preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
