About the Role

The Training Lead will own the end-to-end training strategy, planning, content development, train-the-trainer execution, business readiness, and user adoption across all rollout waves. The role will work closely with PMO, Functional Leads, UAT teams, Business Process Owners, Change Management, and Location Anchors to ensure successful go-live readiness.

Must-Have Skills

SAP Transformation Training

- Experience leading end-user training for SAP ERP programs (preferably SAP S/4HANA)
- Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes and system enablement

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end training strategy.
- Develop and manage the overall training roadmap aligned with deployment milestones.
- Design role-based learning paths for end users, super users, business SPOCs, and location anchors.
- Develop training materials, user manuals, job aids, process guides, and learning documentation.
- Lead Train-the-Trainer sessions and enable business champions for scalable delivery.
- Partner with Finance Functional Leads across R2R, O2C, P2P, Master Data,



Reporting, and related workstreams.
- Align training with UAT execution, Golden Scenarios, and Business Readiness activities.
- Track training completion, attendance, user feedback, and readiness metrics.
- Identify training risks and drive mitigation plans.
- Maintain audit-ready training documentation and evidence.
- Provide regular governance updates to PMO and Program Leadership.
- Support successful go-live adoption across multiple deployment waves.

Preferred Experience

- 8+ years in Training, Learning & Development, Business Readiness, or Change Enablement.
- Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA training programs.
- Experience supporting global ERP implementations across multiple countries.
- Strong exposure to finance transformation initiatives.
- Experience in Train-the-Trainer delivery models.
- Experience working with global cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exposure to audit, compliance, and governance requirements.
