Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

- Supervise daily plant operations to achieve production targets and delivery schedules.
- Monitor production lines to ensure efficient workflow and minimal downtime.
- Coordinate manpower allocation and shift activities.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Quality & Food Safety

- Ensure compliance with food safety standards including HACCP, GMP, ISO, and company quality policies.
- Monitor product quality and packaging standards throughout production.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Support internal and external audits.

Health, Safety & Setting

- Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox meetings.
- Ensure employees use PPE and follow safe operating practices.
- Report and investigate accidents or near misses.

Team Leadership

- Supervise, train, and motivate production operators and line leaders.




- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
- Manage attendance, discipline, and employee engagement.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Maintenance & Equipment

- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
- Report machine breakdowns and monitor corrective actions.
- Support preventive maintenance activities to reduce downtime.

Inventory & Material Control

- Monitor raw material usage and packaging supplies.
- Reduce wastage and improve material efficiency.
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement departments.

Continuous Improvement

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

- FMCG: 1 year (Preferred)
