Education and Experience Requirements

 ITI = NCVT certification in electrician trade.

 Experience – 0 to 2 years

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist in installation of electrical wiring, panels, and components as per design specifications.

- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.

- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, circuit layouts, and technical manuals.

- Conduct basic electrical testing using tools like multimeters, megger, and continuity testers.

- Assist in the repair and replacement of fuses, switches, motors, and lighting fixtures.

- Work under guidance to perform cable laying, conduct work, and terminations.

- Ensure proper earthing and grounding of electrical panels and equipment.

- Follow safety standards while handling live wires, tools, and electrical panels.





- Maintain daily logs and checklists of electrical maintenance and repair work.

- Report faults, damages, and safety issues to supervisors immediately.

- Support energy efficiency and equipment uptime through proper servicing.

- Participate in equipment testing and commissioning with senior electricians.

- Maintain tools and workplace in a clean and organized manner.
