Moople Institute of Animation & Design is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Career Counsellor / Tele Counsellor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in telecalling or career counselling. The role involves guiding prospective students, handling admission enquiries, and converting leads into successful admissions.

Experience Required

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Telecalling.
- Candidates with experience in the education/EdTech sector will be preferred. However, candidates from other industries with relevant counselling or telecalling experience may also apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote the institute's multimedia, animation, VFX, gaming, graphic design, and related professional courses.
- Counsel students and parents over the phone regarding career opportunities, course details, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert them into admissions through effective counselling and relationship building.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
- Understand students' interests, strengths,



and career goals, and recommend the most suitable course accordingly.
- Maintain accurate student records, enquiry details, follow-up activities, and admission status in the CRM portal.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Provide timely reports on lead status, counselling activities, and admissions.

- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under admission targets while maintaining high counselling standards.
- Fluency in Bengali will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
