Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day functioning of Walkin Educate centers. The role involves coordinating between students, trainers, and management to ensure smooth batch execution and overall center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Coordinate with trainers for batch scheduling and classroom management
- Handle student onboarding, batch allocation, and attendance tracking
- Maintain student records, fees data, and operational reports
- Ensure proper classroom setup and availability of required resources
- Handle student queries and provide support for a smooth learning experience
- Coordinate with the sales team for admissions and batch planning
- Monitor and improve operational processes for efficiency
- Assist in organizing workshops, demo sessions, and events

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
