About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Brand Manager to lead brand development, marketing initiatives, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in brand management, marketing strategy, campaign execution, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.

· Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.

· Strengthen brand positioning and maintain brand consistency across all channels.

· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies.

· Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Digital Marketing, Design, and Product.

· Manage brand budgets and optimize marketing ROI.

· Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports.

· Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, and external vendors.

· Lead product launches, promotional activities,



and brand-building initiatives.

· Mentor and guide the marketing team to achieve organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum 5+ years of experience in Brand Management or Brand Marketing.

· Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, campaign management, and market analysis.

· Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
