Job Title: Field Recruiter

Job Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Details:

Should hire delivery executives on daily basis.

Source candidates through field visits, and local networking.(Field Work)

Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.

Coordinate walk-in interviews and recruitment events.

Build relationships with colleges, training centers, NGOs, and community organizations.

Explain job roles, compensation, and company policies to candidates.

Collect and verify candidate documents.

Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.

Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Provide regular recruitment activity reports to management.

Work Location: In person
