Job Summary

Daiichi Jitsugyo India Pvt. Ltd. (DJK India) is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled SMT Service Engineer to provide installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support for SMT equipment. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in SMT manufacturing equipment and be capable of supporting customers across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning, and acceptance of SMT equipment at customer sites.
- Provide preventive and breakdown maintenance support for SMT production equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, software, and process-related issues.
- Conduct machine calibration, performance verification, and optimization activities.
- Support customers during machine start-up, production ramp-up, and process improvement activities.
- Prepare service reports and maintain detailed service records after every customer visit.
- Coordinate with internal teams and overseas principals for technical support and issue resolution.
- Conduct customer training on machine operation, maintenance, and best practices.
- Ensure timely response to customer service requests and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Support spare parts identification, recommendation, and replacement activities.
- Travel extensively for customer support and service activities across assigned regions.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics,



Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SMT equipment service, maintenance, or production support.
- Basic understanding of SMT manufacturing processes and electronic assembly.

Preferred Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience with Pick & Place Machines, Solder Paste Printers, Reflow Ovens, AOI, SPI, or related SMT equipment.
- Knowledge of servo systems, sensors, pneumatics, motion control systems, and industrial automation.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, machine manuals, and technical documentation.
- Experience in machine troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with Windows-based machine software and networking fundamentals.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in SMT equipment from Panasonic, Fuji, Yamaha, ASM, JUKI, Hanwha, Koh Young, Mirtec, Heller, BTU, or similar SMT equipment manufacturers will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
