We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller to communicate with students and parents, provide information about our computer courses, and schedule counseling or demo sessions. This is a non-target-based role focused on customer support and student guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective students and respond to inquiries.
- Explain computer courses, fees, batches, and course benefits.
- Follow up with interested students and parents.
- Schedule counseling sessions and demo classes.
- Maintain accurate call records and student data.
- Handle WhatsApp and phone inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding admissions and batch timings.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with students.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or the local language.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and email).
- Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Good listening and follow-up skills.
- Ability to maintain records accurately.
- Team player with a positive approach.
