You'll own the day-to-day running of the sends operation: shaping the send plan, ensuring subject line and deal selection are commercially sharp, maintaining quality and accuracy across every campaign, and leading the team that makes it all happen.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Sends Team, setting clear priorities and maintaining high standards of output
- Draft and schedule email and app push campaigns, applying commercial judgement to deal selection, subject lines and send timing to maximise revenue and engagement
- Quality-check campaign builds before they go live
- Analyse send performance (open rates, click-through, conversion, revenue) and use insights to continuously improve results
- Work closely with UK-based stakeholders, delivering accurately to briefs and flagging issues proactively
- Report on team output and campaign performance to senior stakeholders

- Proven experience managing people or leading a team
- Robust commercial acumen — you make decisions with the customer and the numbers in mind




- Excellent communication skills
- Highly analytical, comfortable turning campaign data into action
- Proficient in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, data manipulation)
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice to Have

- Experience in e-commerce, CRM, or email/push marketing
- Proficient in SQL

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
