We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Store Assistant to manage and oversee our technical inventory, spare parts, raw materials, and specialized tools. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that engineers, technicians, and project teams have rapid and accurate access to the components and equipment they need. Proficiency in excel and word is necessary. Experience in Tally will be preferred

1. Inventory & Stock Control

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of raw materials, mechanical/electrical spare parts, fasteners, and specialized tools against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Organize and maintain the engineering warehouse/storehouse systematically, ensuring every item is correctly tagged, labeled, and binned for quick retrieval.
- Monitor stock thresholds and assist with regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits.

2. Issuance & Material Handling





- Process internal requisitions and issue tools, equipment, and materials to production or maintenance teams efficiently.
- Track the movement and return of returnable tools, instruments, and testing equipment to prevent loss or misplacement.
- Prepare shipping manifests and pack components securely for dispatch to on-site projects or external service providers.
- Prepare detailed and accurate packing lists at the time of dispatch, consignment wise, vehicle wise and carton wise.
- Create requisite documentation required at the time of dispatch of goods
- Any other work that may be required suited to the function.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
