Job Description – Finance ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage invoicing, payment follow-ups, financial records, profitability tracking and monthly revenue reporting. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely payments, billing and completion of assigned work.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily records of recent projects, ongoing work and current work status.
- Follow up with clients for advance payments before commencing any work.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed and delivered within the agreed timeline.
- Generate and share invoices with clients after work completion.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase orders and other financial documents.
- Calculate and track the profit margin of every project or deal.
- Maintain monthly records of:
- Sales
- Revenue
- Fixed costs
- Expenses
- Profit and loss
- Track monthly financial targets and coordinate with the team to achieve them.
- Follow up with clients regarding overdue and outstanding payments.




- Maintain accurate records of received, pending and outstanding payments.
- Prepare regular reports on collections, revenue, expenses and profitability.
- Coordinate with management regarding payment delays, financial discrepancies and project profitability.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of invoicing, billing and basic accounting processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and client follow-up skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate financial records.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Previous experience in finance, billing, accounts or payment collection is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
