- Maintain accurate records of all company assets including machinery, tools, equipment, furniture, IT assets, and vehicles.
- Ensure proper asset allocation, transfer, and return between sites and office.
- Conduct periodic physical verification of assets at project sites and office.
- Update asset registers, issue logs, and return acknowledgements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, stores, and admin team for asset requirements.
- Monitor asset condition and report damages, loss, or misuse.
- Ensure tagging and identification of assets as per company standards.
- Prepare asset-related reports for management review.
- Support audits by providing asset records and verification details.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to asset management.
