Job Title: Senior Packing/Production Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Packing/Production Supervisor for our Printing Press in Kanhasaiya, Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in supervising and managing teams within a manufacturing, packing, production, or warehouse.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in packaging products and materials for storage or shipment.

· Review production orders to determine the type and quantity of products, required containers, and packaging specifications.

· Inspect products before packaging to ensure quality standards are met, and return rejected items to production departments.

· Monitor packaging operations and inspect containers to verify compliance with specifications.

· Operate, adjust, and troubleshoot packaging machinery or notify the maintenance department for necessary repairs.

· Train workers on equipment operation and best practices.

· Request containers and other necessary supplies for workstation operations.

· Analyze packaging standards, ensure compliance with schedules and processes, and maintain all packaging orders effectively.

· Monitor packaging processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.





· Collaborate with quality control and warehouse departments to ensure smooth manufacturing and packaging operations.

· The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring quality control, managing team performance, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Education & Experience:

Education- Graduate

Experience: 2-3 years relevant experience in(Production, Packing, Warehouse) a similar role.

Salary: ₹20,000-₹25,000 per month
Location: Kanhasaiya, Near CAPT, Bhopal (M.P.)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
