We are looking for a passionate and solution-oriented Software Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise, experience with cloud technologies, APIs, databases, and a solid understanding of software development best practices.

Experience in FinTech, Banking, NBFC, Digital Lending, Payment Systems, or Financial Products will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software applications.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, banking APIs, credit bureaus, KYC, and fintech partners.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development processes.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection practices for financial applications.
- Maintain software documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work on bug fixes, feature enhancements, and product upgrades.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend cutting-edge solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js,



or .NET (any one or more).
- Experience with Spring Boot, Express.js, Django, or .NET Core.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and API integrations.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Redis).
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, and role-based access control.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in FinTech, Banking, Lending Platforms, Payment Systems, Loan Management Systems, or Financial Products.
- Knowledge of financial APIs, digital lending workflows, credit bureau integrations, and payment ecosystems is highly desirable.
