About the Internship
Off Campus is Caratly's exclusive internship program for college students who want to gain real-world startup experience while building valuable skills in sales, networking, and brand building.
As an Off Campus Intern, you'll represent Caratly within your college and personal network, helping introduce people to our modern fine jewellery collection while earning rewards for every successful sale.
What You'll Do
- Promote Caratly through your college network, friends, family, and social media.
- Share your unique referral code and encourage purchases through the Caratly website.
- Create awareness about the brand through conversations, WhatsApp, Instagram Stories, and other creative ideas.
- Build relationships with potential customers and answer basic product queries.
- Think of innovative ways to increase your referrals and sales.
- Represent Caratly professionally both online and offline.

- College students from any stream or year.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active on social media and comfortable networking.
- Self-driven, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Interested in startups, sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship.
