Position Overview

Lyxaa is seeking an experienced, highly professional, and compassionate Part-Time Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Calicut. In this role, you will handle vital clinical procedures, assist in client screenings, and ensure the highest standards of safety and care within our center.

We look for nurses who combine clinical excellence with great interpersonal skills, ensuring that every patient receives attentive, professional, and accurate medical care.

Schedule & Availability

- Operational Window: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Shift Details: This is a part-time position. Exact daily shift timings and weekly schedule requirements within our daytime operational window will be mutually finalized during the interview.

Core Responsibilities

- Clinical Procedures: Perform nursing duties including checking vitals, administering injections/IV fluids, drawing blood samples, and assisting with clinical diagnostic procedures.
- Patient Care & Documentation: Observe and record patient health data accurately,



ensuring all records are securely updated in our center's system.
- Sterilization & Safety Standards: Maintain strict infection control protocols, ensure the clinical room is pristine, and keep track of medical consumables and equipment maintenance.
- Coordination Support: Guide patients through their internal diagnostic workflows and coordinate smoothly with our consulting medical team.

Key Requirements & Skills

- Education: B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution with a valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Experience: 3+ years of active experience in a hospital, reputed clinic, or diagnostic center. Experience in intensive care units (ICU), wellness centers, or emergency setups is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: Exceptional competence in intravenous (IV) cannulation, blood collection, and monitoring emergency situations.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English, with an approachable, reassuring demeanor toward patients.
