We are looking for energetic and persuasive Inside Sales Executives to join our Assisted Buying Team. This role plays a crucial part in reviving and converting high-intent leads who have shown interest in our platform but haven’t completed their purchase journey.

This is a sales-driven role involving both outbound and inbound calling. Your objective will be to identify potential opportunities, re-engage warm leads, and guide customers toward a successful conversion.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Engagement & Conversion

- Targeted Re-engagement: Proactively connect with potential customers who have:
- Added items to their cart but abandoned the purchase.
- Browsed products without making any transaction.
- Registered on the platform but remain inactive.
- Received cashback or promotional credits in their accounts.
- Multi-Channel Communication: Handle inbound inquiries and conduct timely outbound calls via Call, Chat, WhatsApp, or Website enquiries.




- Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs, address objections, and recommend the right products to guide them through their buying journey.
- Omnichannel Routing: Direct interested customers to the nearest Pepperfry store for offline exploration when required.

Collaboration & Data Management

- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with Marketing and CRM teams to action warm leads efficiently.
- CRM Tracking: Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-ups using internal CRM tools.
- Feedback Loop: Provide continuous feedback to internal teams regarding customer patterns and potential improvements in the buying journey.

Pay: ₹9,812.83 - ₹33,770.54 per month
