Role Overview :-

This is a dual-role position with:

ï‚· Primary Responsibility: Driving school admissions, enquiries, and local brand visibility

ï‚· Secondary Responsibility: Supporting preschool franchise expansion and partner

acquisition

The role requires a candidate who can seamlessly manage parent-facing interactions (B2C) as

well as business development and franchise sales (B2B).

Please note - Field travel is required

Responsibilities :-

1)Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective parents and guardians

ï‚· Handle enquiries across:

o Walk-ins

o Phone calls

o Emails

o Website & social media leads

o Cold calling

2) Conduct school tours, counselling sessions, and admissions presentations

3) Clearly communicate:

o CBSE curriculum framework

o School philosophy

o Facilities and policies

ï‚· Drive consistent follow-ups to improve enquiry-to-admission conversions

ï‚· Support and execute admissions campaigns for the academic year

4) Build and maintain a positive public image for the school

5) Represent the school at:

o Education fairs

o Community events

o Housing societies

o Local forums

6) Develop relationships with:

o Preschools

o Sports academies

o Activity centres

o Local influencers

7) Promote:

o School programs





o Sports initiatives

o After-school coaching and activity clubs

8) Coordinate development of:

o Brochures, flyers, hoardings

o Promotional materials

9) Support:

o Social media communication

o Website updates

10) Draft:

o Announcements

o Press notes

o School communications

Qualifications :-

Graduate (MBA in Marketing/Business preferred)

Experience :-

3–6 years in:

o School admissions / PRO / education marketing

o Business development / franchise sales

ï‚· Experience in education sector preferred

Skills :-

Strong communication, counselling, and presentation skills

ï‚· Proven sales and conversion ability

ï‚· Ability to handle both parent engagement and business development

ï‚· Proactive, target-driven, and field-oriented

ï‚· Strong relationship-building and networking skills

ï‚· Comfort with cold calling and outreach activities

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
