Role Objective

Create high-quality academic content and learning resources while supporting academic operations, learner assessment, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure an engaging and seamless learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

- - Design and develop academic curricula, learning materials, and program content aligned with defined learning outcomes.
- Research, write, and review academic articles, blogs, study guides, and other educational resources.
- Collaborate with Learning Facilitators, Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Designers, and other academic teams to develop and enhance programs.
- Conduct academic assessments, evaluate learner submissions, and provide constructive, timely feedback.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support curriculum updates, program launches, and ongoing academic operations.
- Ensure all academic content maintains high standards of quality, accuracy, and instructional effectiveness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating learner feedback and emerging educational trends.
- Maintain academic documentation,



content repositories, and version control for learning resources.
- Support accreditation, quality assurance, and academic compliance activities where required.
- Participate in academic discussions, brainstorming sessions, and content innovation initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications required:

- - Strong academic writing and research skills.
- Experience developing curriculum, course content, or educational resources.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to review and assess academic work with attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable working across multiple academic projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted research and content creation tools is an added advantage.
- Background in Education, Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Should have a Master's Degree in Management or an MBA.
