Megha Electrical Services is seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented professional to lead our Transformer Manufacturing, Repairing & Service Division with a strategic vision to scale operations and drive business growth.

Transformer Unit Head

Location:

Chh. Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra

Experience:

- 15–20 Years of proven experience in the transformer industry.
- Strong background in Transformer Manufacturing, Repairing, Refurbishment, Testing, and Field Services.
- Minimum 5–7 years in a leadership role handling complete business operations.

Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- MBA/PGDM in Operations or Business Management will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:Manufacturing Operations

- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations of Distribution and Power Transformers.
- Ensure timely production planning, execution, and dispatch.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Drive cost optimization and process improvements.

Transformer Repair & Refurbishment

- Manage repair and refurbishment activities for transformers of various ratings.
- Oversee fault diagnosis, condition assessment, rewinding, oil processing, testing, and recommissioning.
- Develop service capabilities for utility and industrial customers.

Service Business Development

- Establish and expand transformer servicing operations.
- Build long-term relationships with utilities, EPC contractors, industries, and government organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities in annual maintenance contracts (AMC), repair services, and retrofit projects.

Revenue & Profitability





- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Drive the Transformer Division towards achieving an annual revenue target of ₹100 Crore.
- Monitor sales pipeline, order booking, execution status, collections, and profitability.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and business performance reviews for management.

Leadership & Compliance

- Lead cross-functional teams including Production, Testing, Quality, Procurement, Sales, and Service.
- Ensure compliance with IS/IEC standards, statutory requirements, and customer specifications.
- Maintain the highest standards of Safety, Quality, and Skilled Integrity.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
