Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom enhancements and interfaces within SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of database programming and optimization techniques specific to HANA.
- Ability to work with agile development methodologies and modern software engineering practices.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of SAP ABAP applications.
- Capability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
