Your Role:

- Planning, implementation, and monitoring of child rights programs for field levels intervention
- Strengthen program quality through regular field visits, supervision, and technical guidance to partners
- Facilitate partnership management as well as direct project implementation,



including capacity building of team members and performance tracking
- Monitor and review Program, program budgets, fund utilization, and financial compliance
- Prepare quality reports, documentation, and case studies for internal and external stakeholders
- Engage with local stakeholders, government systems, and networks to strengthen child rights intervention
- Support data collection, analysis, and use of MIS/M&E; systems for evidence-based program improvement

YOU:

- Graduation in any discipline is required; a Master of Social Work (MSW) is preferred
- Understanding of holistic child rights issues with knowledge of relevant laws and policies.
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of grassroots experiences in program implementation, monitoring and supervision
- Knowledge of program budgeting and financial monitoring
- Working knowledge of Hindi is essential
- Proficiency in report writing and documentation in English
- Willingness to travel and work in diverse and challenging field conditions across North Indian states.
