Job Overview

We are looking for experienced HSE Officers to ensure a safe and compliant work environment at our plant/project site. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Steel, Power, Refinery, or Industrial Plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Setting (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs for employees and workers.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
- Monitor the use of PPE and ensure adherence to safe work practices.




- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain safety documentation, records, permits, and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to maintain a safe working environment.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Mandatory Certification: PDIS / ADIS from SCTVT only.
- Experience in Steel / Power / Refinery / Industrial Plant is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety procedures and HSE compliance.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
