- Patrol hotel premises, including guest areas, parking lots, entrances, and restricted areas.
- Control access to the hotel and verify visitor identification when required.
- Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, theft, disturbances, or accidents.
- Assist guests with safety-related concerns and provide directions when needed.
- Investigate and report security incidents, accidents, and unusual occurrences.
- Coordinate with hotel management and emergency services during emergencies.
- Enforce hotel policies and safety regulations.
- Inspect doors, windows, fire exits, and security equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Maintain daily security logs and prepare incident reports.
- Escort employees or guests when necessary for their safety.
- Help manage crowd control during events or peak occupancy periods.
- Robust observation and attention to detail.
