We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced US Tax Consultant with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in US taxation for a contractual period of 2 months.

The ideal candidate should have experience preparing and reviewing US tax returns, supporting tax compliance activities, and working with individuals, partnerships, corporations, or trusts while ensuring compliance with US tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review US federal and state tax returns for individuals (Form 1040), corporations (Form 1120/1120S), partnerships (Form 1065), and trusts (as applicable).
- Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance with IRS and state regulations.
- Analyze financial data and supporting documentation for tax return preparation.
- Identify tax-saving opportunities while maintaining compliance.
- Assist with tax notices, audits, and IRS correspondence.
- Conduct tax research on US tax laws and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather tax-related information.




- Maintain proper documentation and workpapers for all tax engagements.
- Support tax planning and advisory projects as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in US Taxation.
- Strong knowledge of US federal and state tax laws.
- Experience preparing Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S.
- Familiarity with tax software such as CCH Axcess, GoSystem, UltraTax, ProSystem fx, or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
