Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of 15–20 sales executives.
- Drive inbound and outbound sales performance.
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare daily/monthly reports, and maintain SLAs.
- Analyze sales performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Handle objection management and support the team in closing sales.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience in an International BPO Sales process (Mandatory).
- Robust experience in team handling, sales, and KPI management.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques, objection handling, and closing.
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
