Job Descritpion of Flutter Developer

8 to 10 Years Relevant Experience

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Flutter Developer to join our team in designing and building scalable, high-performance mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of hands-on Flutter experience, a deep understanding of modern application architecture, and a proven ability to lead technical initiatives. This role will contribute across the full development lifecycle, from solution design to deployment and support, in a dynamic Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality mobile and web applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Lead architectural decisions and solution design for mobile and web platforms.
- Develop from the ground up, building scalable applications with clean architecture and maintainable code.
- Manage and implement state management using tools such as Provider, Redux, or MobX.
- Collaborate across front-end and back-end teams, ensuring seamless integration of mobile/web applications with APIs and backend services.
- Architect, document, and develop System Design Documents, Integration Flows, and technical specifications.
- Manage mobile app deployment to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including certification and provisioning profiles.
- Lead and mentor development teams, offering guidance on best practices, code reviews, and architectural patterns.
- Work within Agile frameworks, collaborating with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure application performance,



security, and responsiveness across platforms and devices.
- Use Git and contemporary version control workflows for collaborative development.
- Stay updated with emerging Flutter technologies and continuously improve team practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Flutter Developer.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart (minimum 5 years).
- Proficient in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) for native integrations.
- Strong understanding of mobile and web app architecture and responsive design.
- Experience with Flutter Web technologies and cross-platform development.
- Proficiency with architecture methodologies, frameworks, and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience deploying applications and managing certificates for the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfortable working in highly dynamic environments with shifting priorities.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Node.js, Express, or Firebase for backend integration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps workflows.
- Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Exposure to identity and access management systems.
- Knowledge of content management systems (headless or traditional).
- Prior experience in the Telecom domain is a plus.
- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal/professional apps.
