Job Description : Sr. Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 3 – 4 years of hands-on experience in ReactJS and NodeJS to join our growing product development team. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a SaaS-based product company, be passionate about building scalable web applications, writing clean and efficient code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS for the front end and NodeJS for the back end.
- Build reusable, scalable, and effective code following industry best practices.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
- Work with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL for data storage and management.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver product features.
- Participate in feature planning, estimation, technical discussions, and code reviews.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.




- Optimize application performance, scalability, and code quality.
- Utilize AI development tools for coding, debugging, code reviews, and documentation.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve application performance and scalability.

Skills & Requirements

- 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in ReactJS and NodeJS.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS, including Hooks, Component Lifecycle, and State Management.
- Strong experience in NodeJS and backend development.
- Familiarity with Redux, Context API, or similar state management tools.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.
- Knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and application performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools
- Vibe coding / live coding skills are required.
- Good English communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per year
