JOB DESCRIPTION

· Develop engaging and persuasive ideas for a variety of mediums, including websites, social media, outdoor, live-action content and more.

· Collaborate with internal teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines, ensuring all ideas align with the company's brand voice and tone.

· Conduct thorough research to gain a deep understanding of the industry, target market, and competitors, and apply this knowledge to develop impactful copy and brand strategies.

· Write clear, concise, and compelling copy that effectively communicates key messages and drives desired actions from the audience.

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in copywriting and brand strategy, and apply this knowledge to enhance the organization's marketing and branding efforts.

· Conduct regular analysis/evaluation of copy and brand performance, utilising data-driven insights to optimise messaging and strategies for better results.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to align copy and brand strategies with overall business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Graduate / Post Graduate in English / Marketing / Communication / Journalism / Arts & Social Sciences, or related.

· 2 - 5 years of work experience with a brand, or advertising / creative/ media agency,

· Beyond the aforementioned, should be willing & able to deliver what is expected.
