Position: Service Crew – Assistant Manager / Manager

Role Summary:
The Service Crew – Assistant Manager / Manager is responsible for overseeing daily outlet operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality standards, supervising staff, and achieving operational efficiency at the outlet level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day outlet operations efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
- Supervise and guide service crew members during shifts.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and performance.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a qualified manner.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards as per company policies.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory requirements with the concerned department.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
- Support sales growth through upselling and customer engagement initiatives.




- Train new employees on service standards, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Prepare daily operational reports and update management regularly.
- Ensure compliance with company rules, safety procedures, and operational standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Minimum 1-5years of experience in restaurant, café, bakery, or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and outlet management preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
