This pivotal role involves driving end-to-end social media strategy, executing compelling multi-platform campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube), and delivering insightful performance analytics for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Strategy & Content Development: Conceptualize, develop, and implement engaging social media content, campaigns, and strategies that are directly aligned with client brand objectives and business goals.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients, present strategic concepts, gather feedback, and effectively communicate requirements to the internal team.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track, analyze, and produce monthly reports on social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of strategies and drive continuous optimization.
- Community Engagement: Actively monitor social channels and provide timely, professional responses to all messages, comments, and inquiries.
- Trend Intelligence:



Maintain expertise on the latest social media trends, platform updates, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

- A minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in social media management or a closely related digital marketing role.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital advertising and paid social campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, necessary for both internal and client-facing roles.
- Proficiency with social media management platforms and tools such as Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools, including Google Analytics and Sprout Social.
