Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day salon operations
- Supervise and motivate salon team
- Handle staff scheduling and attendance
- Monitor sales targets and business growth
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Manage appointments and smooth floor operations
- Oversee inventory, stock, and product management
- Maintain hygiene and service standards
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Support lead generation, conversions, and promotions
Requirements
- Minimum [2-5] years experience in salon/beauty industry management
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Sales and target-oriented approach
- Knowledge of salon operations and customer service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer/CRM handling preferred
- Local candidate
