Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

- To understand the background to the objectives and the details of the commercial strategy and plan.
- Maintain and update the commercial database.
- Stock Inventory
- Follow up with suppliers on Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Raise Material Requests immediately based on the requirements received from Production and Maintenance teams.
- Update daily stock records, including GRN entry, inward/outward entry, and maintaining the stock ledger accurately.
- Issue incoming materials strictly on a First-In First-Out (FIFO) basis.
- Maintain store data using Basic to Intermediate Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, FILTER, SUMIF, and optionally Pivot Tables.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month.
