Job Title: Call Center Executive – USA Process (Part-Time)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month

Hours: 6 hrs/day | Mon–Sat | 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (US Shift)

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and experienced Call Center Executive to connect with US-based customers and prospects. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, experience in outbound calling, and the ability to build rapport, qualify leads, and schedule appointments. This is a target-driven role focused on delivering quality conversations and measurable results.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to US customers and prospects.
- Introduce company services and generate interest.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Handle customer queries professionally and confidently.
- Maintain accurate call records and CRM updates.
- Follow up with prospects as required.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling & appointment targets.




- Share daily work reports and performance updates.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6-1 year of experience in International Call Center, Telecalling, or US Voice Process.
- Excellent spoken English with a transparent and neutral accent.
- Robust communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting is preferred.
- Comfortable working during US Shift.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, and MS Excel.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.

Note:

- Freshers are NOT eligible.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience in the US Process will be given preference.
