Position Title: Jr Accounts Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Executive with basic knowledge of accounting practices to support daily finance operations. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Tally and basic MS Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and payment records.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform basic ledger and bank reconciliation.
- Maintain accounting documents and records.
- Support GST, TDS, and other accounting-related activities.
- Prepare basic reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounts-related requirements.
Skills & Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Mandatory knowledge of Tally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formulas, sorting, and filtering).
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
