Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding :
- Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads.
- Source and schedule interviews for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Coordinate interview panels and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Complete offer roll-out, documentation verification, and joining formalities.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for recent employees.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and department-wise deployment.
2. HR Operations:
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Process employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Maintain employee database and HRMS records.
- Ensure timely issuance of HR letters and employee documentation.
- Support payroll by validating attendance, leave, overtime, and shift records.
3. Attendance & Leave Management:
- Monitor daily attendance and shift adherence.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding absenteeism and manpower shortages. Verify leave records and ensure policy compliance.
- Maintain attendance reports and support payroll processing
4. Employee Engagement & Welfare:
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Organize employee recognition programs, celebrations, and wellness initiatives. Address employee concerns and coordinate grievance resolution.
- Promote a positive work culture across the hospital.
5. Employee Relations:
- Counsel employees regarding HR policies and workplace concerns.
- Resolve employee grievances in coordination with reporting managers.
- Support disciplinary processes as per company policy.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
6. Performance Management:
- Coordinate probation confirmations and appraisal documentation.
- Track employee performance review schedules.
- Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans
. 7. Compliance & Statutory Requirements:
- Ensure adherence to hospital HR policies and labor laws.
- Maintain statutory records related to PF, ESI, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.
- Support internal and external HR audits.
- Ensure employee records are updated for compliance purposes.
8. HR Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
- Track manpower, vacancies, attrition, onboarding, attendance, and recruitment status. Present HR dashboards to Unit Head and Corporate HR.
9. Coordination with Hospital Departments
- Work closely with Nursing, Medical Services, Operations, Finance, Billing, Patient Care Services, Housekeeping, Engineering, Pharmacy, and Administration.
- Support manpower planning and departmental HR requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of critical hospital positions.
