Transformation Project Manager (2–3 Years Experience)
At Zostel, we're building more than spaces, we're creating experiences. We're looking for a Project Manager who can bring designs to life, manage on-site execution, and loves travelling as much as we do.
What You'll Do

Manage end-to-end execution of design projects across multiple locations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Read and execute architectural, interior, civil, and construction drawings.
- Ensure quality, timelines, budgets, and design intent are maintained on-site.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and proactively solve site challenges.
What We're Looking For

2–3 years of experience in design project execution or construction management.
- Strong understanding of civil works, layouts, construction drawings, and site execution.
- Experience in vendor and contractor coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.
