Job Summary

HAIMS Ventures LLP is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to oversee the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems at our facility in Wayanad. The candidate should ensure the safe and efficient functioning of all electrical equipment while minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, panels, motors, generators, and control systems.

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.

- Monitor electrical installations and ensure compliance with safety standards.

- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.

- Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective corrective actions.





- Maintain maintenance records and prepare technical reports.

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and company procedures.

- Support electrical projects, upgrades, and new installations.

Qualifications

- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

- 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, or processing environment.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and industrial maintenance.

- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.

- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Team player with good communication skills.
