Job Summary

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Prepare cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, desserts, and bakery products as per recipes.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with creativity and consistency.
- Ensure product quality, taste, and presentation meet hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery section.
- Follow food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about ingredient requirements.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage of raw materials.




- Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely.
- Prepare products according to daily production schedules.
- Assist in developing new bakery items and seasonal menus.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team to meet production deadlines.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of baking techniques and cake decoration.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Relevant experience in a hotel, bakery, or pastry kitchen.
