- Coordinate with vessel Captains, Chief Cooks, and food suppliers/vendors for crew catering requirements.
- Manage food and beverage procurement, inventory planning, and supply logistics for assigned vessels.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and Excel reports related to catering operations.
- Monitor catering budgets, optimize purchasing costs, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Plan and forecast crew food requirements based on vessel schedules and crew strength.
- Handle crew catering-related queries and provide effective support to vessels.
- Build robust relationships with shipboard personnel and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
