Key Responsibilities:

- Design and produce creative assets for product packaging, promotional materials, brochures, digital content, and presentations.
- Ensure designs meet regulatory guidelines and industry standards, particularly those set by the FDA and other relevant regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to develop materials that effectively communicate product benefits and key information.
- Work closely with the quality assurance and compliance departments to ensure that all design materials are accurate and compliant.
- Adapt designs for different formats (print, web, social media, email campaigns, etc.) while maintaining consistency in branding.
- Maintain an organized library of design files and assets, ensuring all designs are archived and accessible.
- Manage multiple design projects and deadlines effectively.
- Provide ongoing design support for internal communications and training materials.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer,



with a portfolio showcasing design work in marketing, print, digital, and packaging.
- Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Coreldraw, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements including FDA guidelines for labelling and packaging.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Good understanding of branding, typography, and color theory.

Preferred Skills:

- 2 to 4 Years of Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Coreldraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under tight deadlines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
