Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor (FMCG/Food Production)

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Supervisor for our FMCG food production unit. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, conducting laboratory testing, monitoring hygiene and food safety practices, ensuring compliance with company standards, and leading the quality team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of quality management systems, food safety standards, and laboratory procedures.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.

Experience:



Min 2–3 years of experience in quality control within the bakery, namkeen, or FMCG industry.

Skills Required: Quality inspection, laboratory testing, food safety standards, documentation, team management, problem-solving, and knowledge of Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
