A Recruiter manages the end-to-end talent acquisition process. They collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, source top talent across various channels, screen candidates, and guide them through the interview, offer, and onboarding stages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing: Identify and attract prospective candidates using job boards, qualified networks (like LinkedIn), employee referrals, and recruiting events.
- Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and advise them on recruitment strategies and market trends.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and engaging hiring process.
- Administration:



Maintain accurate records and candidate pipelines within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices adhere to local labor laws, industry regulations, and diversity standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
- Experience: 2-5+ years of relevant experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing platforms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
