Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer – Civil / MEP with a strong background in industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RA Billing, Final Billing, Quantity Surveying, BOQ management, and Cost Control for industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, EPC, or greenfield projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and certify RA Bills, Final Bills, and Interim Payment Certificates (IPC).
- Prepare client, contractor, and subcontractor bills.
- Perform Quantity Take-Off (QTO) from drawings and BOQ verification.
- Prepare quantity reconciliation and material reconciliation statements.
- Monitor BOQ quantities and prepare variation orders (VO) and change orders.
- Prepare rate analysis for BOQ and non-BOQ items.
- Verify work executed at site with drawings and contract specifications.
- Prepare WIP statements, MIS reports, and monthly billing reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants,



and clients for billing approvals.
- Support cost control, budget monitoring, and payment certification.
- Ensure billing documentation complies with contract terms and project milestones.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Experience in Industrial/EPC/Greenfield projects
- Strong knowledge of RA Billing, Final Billing, BOQ, Quantity Surveying, Quantity Reconciliation, Rate Analysis, and Cost Control
- Experience in Client & Subcontractor Billing
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and SAP/ERP is preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
