Job Role

This is a full-time, in-person role for someone who enjoys working with people, guiding members, and creating a positive gym experience.

Responsibilities

- Conduct Group training and floor training sessions
- Guide members on workouts, exercise form, and fitness routines
- Help members stay motivated and achieve their fitness goals
- Maintain a positive and professional gym environment
- Build strong relationships with members

Requirements

- Passion for fitness and helping people transform their health
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of strength training and functional workouts
- Ability to work with different fitness levels and age groups
- Positive attitude and skilled behavior
- Prior gym or fitness training experience is preferred
