Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Counter Sales Executive to join our retail store team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a skilled and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Handle sales of garments, home décor items, and paper products.
- Ensure proper display and arrangement of products on the shop floor.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards of the store.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing and basic cash counter operations when required.
- Manage stock replenishment and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.




- Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Prior retail sales experience will be preferred.
- Presentable personality with customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing software understanding.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in shifts/weekends.
