RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

Conceptualize, develop, and launch new features

Collaborate with designers to build pixel-perfect, detail-oriented interfaces

Envision ways to delight your customers with animations, elegant flows, and clean user interfaces

Carefully evaluate the technical tradeoffs of every decision

Deliver excellent software through comprehensive peer-reviews, CI, and automated testing

Always push your team forward onto the latest and greatest, be it libraries, languages, tools, or products

Destroy bugs and ship stable, high quality code you’re proud to be a core contributor on

CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

BTech Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of experience in developing mobile applications on Android

One or more published Android apps.

Proficient in native Android application development using Android - SDK/Studio/APIs/frameworks and unit testing.

Strong understanding of Java, Android SDK, UX, Android Design Interface guidelines, and material design.

Experience in multithreading, networking, integrating 3rd-party software, app memory management, and offline storage.

Deep understanding of modern Android development practices.

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.

Understanding of Agile/Scrum.
